Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Communications, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in community outreach or public engagement roles
- Proven ability to build relationships with diverse community stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with multilingual proficiency a plus
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of Philadelphia's neighborhoods and demographic landscape
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
