Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain order within housing units.
- Conduct security rounds and searches to prevent contraband.
- Write accurate and detailed incident reports.
- Supervise inmate work details and enforce facility rules.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and medical incidents.
- Facilitate rehabilitation programs and inmate interactions.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- No felony convictions or serious misdemeanors.
- Ability to pass a background check and medical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and follow strict protocols.
