Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations to ensure security
- Conduct regular rounds and headcounts to maintain order
- Respond to emergencies and incidents following protocol
- Process new arrivals and perform security screenings

- Operate security systems and control room equipment
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Indiana driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening

- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
