Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations 24/7
- Conduct regular security patrols and headcount verifications
- Respond to emergencies and incidents per protocol
- Prepare detailed incident and behavior reports
- Transport inmates between facilities as required
- Implement rehabilitation programs and educational initiatives
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Pass background check, drug screen, and physical fitness test
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Basic computer proficiency for report documentation

- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work rotating weekend schedules
