Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health education campaigns targeting Tulsa County communities
- Analyze local health data to identify emerging public health threats and prioritize intervention strategies
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, schools, and non-profits to expand health access initiatives
- Manage grant-funded health programs including vaccination outreach and chronic disease prevention
- Prepare comprehensive reports on health trends and program effectiveness for county leadership
- Leverage digital health platforms to engage residents with personalized wellness resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in public health program implementation or community health
- Proficiency in health data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Tableau)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience securing and managing public health grants preferred
- Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) designation highly desirable
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
