Responsibilities
- Manage court filings, documentation, and record-keeping for civil, criminal, and family cases
- Process legal documents with precision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to court procedures
- Assist attorneys, litigants, and the public with court inquiries and procedural guidance
- Maintain confidential case files and electronic databases with strict compliance protocols
- Coordinate with judges, court staff, and law enforcement agencies to support judicial proceedings
- Generate official court orders, summons, and notices using specialized legal software
- Conduct preliminary case reviews and verify legal documentation completeness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clerical or legal administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal databases (e.g., Odyssey, PACER)
