Responsibilities
- Process court documents, filings, and administrative paperwork with strict adherence to legal protocols
- Manage case files, maintain digital records, and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist attorneys, judges, and public inquiries with professional courtesy and efficiency
- Coordinate courtroom schedules, manage hearing calendars, and prepare official notices
- Perform data entry, manage electronic filing systems, and maintain database integrity
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Support jury coordination and court proceedings as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and court record management systems
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with legal professionals and public
- Knowledge of legal terminology and courthouse procedures preferred
