Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize confidential court records with meticulous attention to detail
- Process and file legal documents, ensuring compliance with procedural requirements
- Manage court calendars, scheduling hearings, and coordinating with attorneys/judges
- Provide exceptional customer service to court visitors, attorneys, and litigants
- Prepare official court notices, summonses, and administrative correspondence
- Assist judges and court staff during proceedings with document management
- Perform data entry and record-keeping in judicial databases
- Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience in legal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
