Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Assist customers with license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers.
- Verify documents, answer questions regarding state regulations, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Operate computer systems to input data accurately and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Handle high call volumes and manage queues effectively during peak hours.

Qualifications
