Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation duties on public streets, sidewalks, and facilities.
- Operate light machinery, trucks, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Remove debris, litter, and hazardous materials from designated areas.
- Monitor work sites to ensure safety compliance and proper equipment usage.
- Report infrastructure damage, code violations, or safety hazards to supervisors immediately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project completion and workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid California Driver's License is preferred (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong commitment to public service, safety, and environmental stewardship.
- Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and flexible schedules.
