Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors regarding municipal inquiries.
- Assist in the daily operations and maintenance of public facilities and parks.
- Perform light administrative duties including data entry, filing, and report preparation.
- Monitor site safety and compliance with city ordinances and regulations.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or public administration is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
