Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. Your day-to-day will involve complex data manipulation, report generation, and ensuring compliance with strict federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale datasets from federal and civilian sources to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or SAS.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and executive summaries for government stakeholders.
- Ensure all data processes adhere to federal security standards, compliance protocols, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast trends and support policy recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Candidate must be willing and able to obtain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
