Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support homeland security initiatives
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations for executive leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on joint data projects
- Present findings to senior officials and congressional stakeholders
- Maintain secure data pipelines and quality control protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analysis for emergency response and policy development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal or government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Familiarity with federal reporting frameworks and regulations
