Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security standards, compliance regulations (e.g., NIST, FISMA), and privacy laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Prepare clear, concise, and data-driven reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to validate data accuracy and integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition and compliance frameworks.
