Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision specifically for the 2026 timeline, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Green Tech.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development of breakthrough products that will define the market landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee the R&D budget, strategically allocating resources to high-impact initiatives aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Establish key partnerships with industry leaders and academic institutions to secure a competitive advantage in the pre-2026 market transition.
- Measure and report on the success of 2026 initiatives, using data-driven insights to pivot strategy as the technological landscape evolves.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive leadership roles within the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of future tech trends, specifically regarding the implications and timeline of 2026 milestones.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams and negotiating complex deals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment with a high degree of autonomy.
