Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Horizon 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) to drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Establish best practices for data security, privacy, and ethical AI implementation.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and define technical standards for the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing concepts and future tech trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
