Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Frameworks: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant architectures for autonomous agent workflows using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) for low-latency inference and high-throughput deployment.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between generative AI capabilities and real-world operational applications (RAG, AutoGPT, etc.).
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce safety protocols and guardrails to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex AI concepts into practical roadmaps.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on multimodal learning and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly desirable.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical leadership and stakeholder management.
