Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Develop a comprehensive, multi-year technology strategy aligned with business goals, defining key milestones and deliverables.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Readiness) to disrupt the market and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead High-Impact Initiatives: Spearhead the execution of critical projects, managing cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for major initiatives.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee budget allocation for R&D and infrastructure, ensuring maximum ROI for technology investments.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps (5+ years) and successfully executing them in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the enterprise space.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to C-suite executives and board members.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
