Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) integration and quantum-ready architectures.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a world-class research and development team in exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Interfaces, and autonomous systems.
- Product Roadmap: Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling product features that drive user growth and market dominance.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and investors, securing buy-in for high-budget initiatives.
- Ethical Governance: Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring bias mitigation and compliance with global regulations.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with leading AI research institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or emerging tech.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading diverse, high-performing teams and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
