Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and oversee the execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap specifically focused on trends and capabilities relevant to the year 2026 and beyond.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems, including AI evolution, quantum computing, and advanced robotics, to forecast market shifts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical vision with business objectives and growth targets.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Manage the corporate innovation lab, piloting experimental technologies that demonstrate value for future product cycles.
- Risk Management: Identify potential regulatory and technological risks associated with emerging tech adoption and develop mitigation strategies.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Lead initiatives to attract top-tier talent in specialized future-tech fields.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about long-term horizons and translate complex trends into actionable business strategies.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends leading up to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and driving organizational change.
