Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technology roadmap and strategic vision for the 2026 release cycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams in Research & Development to pioneer breakthrough technologies.
- Identify and assess emerging trends in Quantum Computing, Biotech, and Space Tech relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Oversee the allocation of resources and budget to high-impact innovation projects.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders to secure innovation pipelines.
- Ensure all technology initiatives align with the company's long-term growth and regulatory goals.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology management, C-suite roles, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions 3-5 years in advance of market release.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging computing paradigms.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $5M annually.
