Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AGI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation sprints focused on solving global challenges using 2026-tech
- Maintain competitive intelligence through patent analysis and trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products with global impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Technology Strategy Futures (e.g., CTSF) or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies in complex tech environments
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published research or patented innovations
