Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 strategic initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Manage a diverse team of elite engineers, researchers, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- System Design: Oversee the design of scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing exabyte-scale data.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum algorithms.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive stakeholders and investors.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and security architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, Go, and distributed systems. Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA) is highly preferred.
- Innovation: A proven track record of innovation and the ability to anticipate industry trends 2-3 years in advance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
