Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-year technology strategy focused on the 2026 landscape.
- Lead high-level research into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Build and mentor a world-class engineering team focused on innovation and execution.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in the tech market to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
