Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) that align with our five-year business goals.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Oversee the transition of our current infrastructure to a scalable, resilient, and secure ecosystem capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead internal R&D initiatives and manage partnerships with external tech incubators to stay ahead of the curve.
- Cross-Functional Vision: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development sprints and product features.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a world-class engineering team that thrives on innovation and embraces the challenges of building for the future.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or CTO-level role, specifically focusing on long-term technology strategy.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, including Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and driving innovation in a rapidly evolving market.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in across the organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
