Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with our strategic business goals for the 2026 timeframe.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and security protocols across all engineering departments.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging technologies and trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive advantage in the market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or IT leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise-level architecture patterns.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business objectives into technical strategies and delivering measurable results.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
