Responsibilities
- Provide in-person customer assistance for driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and ID cards
- Process transactions accurately using DMV software systems
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism

- Adhere to DMV policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 10 lbs
- Valid California driver's license required
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the US
