Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and business addresses along designated routes
- Sort and organize mail efficiently according to postal regulations
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with residents and businesses
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while operating postal vehicles or walking routes
- Report delivery issues and maintain route documentation
- Work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for vehicle operations)
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
