Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title applications
- Provide accurate information on DMV regulations and procedures
- Assist customers with documentation requirements and payment processing
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records using DMV systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Adhere to all DMV policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of California traffic laws preferred
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Bilingual in Spanish highly desirable
