Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including turf management, litter removal, and seasonal planting
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems) safely
- Set up/break down event facilities and support recreational activities
- Monitor park conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Assist in trail maintenance and natural area preservation projects
- Collaborate with team members on daily park operations and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied weather
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance practices or landscaping
- Experience with hand/power tools and grounds equipment preferred
- Strong communication skills and customer service focus
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
