Responsibilities
- Process driver's license applications, renewals, and upgrades with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist customers with vehicle registration, title transfers, and documentation
- Explain complex DMV regulations and procedures in clear, accessible language
- Maintain detailed records using specialized departmental software systems
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain secure handling of sensitive documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
