Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals and vehicle registrations using provided digital systems
- Assist customers with documentation requirements and payment processing
- Operate DMV-specific software with provided equipment (scanners, printers, tablets)

- Maintain accurate records using secure database systems

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
