Responsibilities
- Manage federal grant programs ensuring compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Analyze program data to inform policy recommendations and improve service delivery
- Coordinate inter-agency collaborations for public health initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports for congressional stakeholders and leadership
- Develop implementation plans for new federal directives
- Conduct risk assessments for program sustainability
- Mentor junior staff on federal compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of federal program management experience
- Knowledge of OMB Circulars, A-133, and federal grant regulations
- Proficiency in federal procurement and contracting processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent written communication for policy documents and reports
