Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to DMV visitors via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with accuracy
- Explain complex DMV regulations and procedures clearly to diverse clientele
- Maintain detailed records using our proprietary DMV management software
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer flow and reduce wait times
- Stay updated on Arizona DMV regulations and procedural changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software (MS Office Suite) and data entry
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex information simply
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly desirable
- Knowledge of DMV procedures considered a significant plus
