Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries regarding driver's licenses, vehicle titles, registrations, and ID services via phone, email, and video chat
- Process transactions accurately in our DMV database while maintaining compliance with state regulations
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex cases appropriately
- Assist customers with online self-service portal navigation and digital documentation
- Maintain detailed transaction records and documentation in secure government systems
- Collaborate with field offices to resolve in-person appointment follow-ups
- Participate in continuous training on new DMV procedures and technology platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in call center or government setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
