Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding DMV services, vehicle registrations, and licensing requirements
- Process transactions efficiently using state-of-the-art systems while maintaining 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions in compliance with agency standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all DMV functions

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
