Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide clear, courteous guidance to customers regarding DMV policies and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personal and financial data
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows and customer experience
- Support special projects including community outreach and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems

- Valid Alaska driver's license required
