Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, ID card, and vehicle registration transactions with precision and efficiency
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, documentation requirements, and fee structures
- Resolve customer inquiries using active listening and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate digital records and uphold data security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows and reduce wait times
- Stay updated on Wisconsin DMV policy changes and procedural updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume settings
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry (60+ WPM)
- Exceptional communication skills with multilingual abilities a plus
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license required
