Responsibilities
- Process driver's license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers using provided systems
- Provide accurate information on DMV procedures, fees, and documentation requirements
- Assist customers with online services and kiosk transactions
- Resolve inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate computer systems (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid New Mexico driver's license required
