Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title applications
- Provide accurate information on state driving laws, vehicle regulations, and DMV procedures
- Operate specialized DMV software systems with provided equipment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate digital records using provided technology solutions
- Collaborate with team members to optimize customer service workflows
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficient in computer systems with ability to learn new software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Indiana traffic laws preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Indiana driver's license required
