Responsibilities
- Process driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID applications with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV procedures and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service efficiency
- Utilize DMV software systems for record-keeping and transactions
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication skills in English and Hawaiian Pidgin
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
