Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and athletic fields
- Assist in organizing community events, festivals, and recreational programs
- Perform landscape maintenance including irrigation, pruning, and turf care
- Enforce park regulations and provide visitor assistance
- Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with volunteer groups for beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in tropical climate conditions
- Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or recreation preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate maintenance equipment
