Responsibilities
- Interact with customers face-to-face and via telephone to provide accurate information regarding driver licensing, vehicle registration, and title transfers.
- Process DMV transactions efficiently, including license renewals, vehicle registrations, and address changes.
- Verify customer documents for compliance with state laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the DMV database.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Operate computer systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
