Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone support for driver's license, vehicle registration, and ID services
- Process transactions accurately using DMV systems and software
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain strict compliance with Florida DMV regulations and security protocols

Qualifications
