- Provide accurate information on DMV services, vehicle registration, and licensing requirements
- Process transactions efficiently using state-of-the-art DMV systems
- Assist customers with documentation requirements and form completion
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
