Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and ID applications with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV policies and procedures
- Utilize specialized software to manage transactions and documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal/state regulations and security protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service workflows
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Participate in quarterly training for policy updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Valid Indiana driver's license (or ability to obtain)
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual certification (highly valued)
- Experience in government/regulated industry a plus
