Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone assistance with DMV services (licenses, registrations, titles)
- Process transactions accurately using specialized DMV software systems
- Verify documentation and eligibility for state-issued credentials

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure during peak hours
- Valid Florida driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly preferred
