Responsibilities

- Process driver licenses, permits, vehicle registrations, and title transactions
- Explain DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize state systems to verify applicant information and eligibility
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficient with computer systems and basic software
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays
