Responsibilities
- Process driver's licenses, vehicle registrations, and title transactions with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Maintain accurate records using state-of-the-art DMV systems
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations effectively
- Support new technology implementations and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish strongly preferred)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Texas driver's license required
- Pass background check and drug screening
