Responsibilities
- Process vehicle registrations, title transfers, and driver's license applications with accuracy
- Provide clear guidance on DMV regulations, fees, and documentation requirements
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining professional demeanor
- Utilize specialized software for data entry and transaction processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for sensitive personal information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and data entry (60+ WPM typing)
- Strong knowledge of Hawaii geography and traffic laws
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during peak hours
- Valid Hawaii driver's license with clean record
- Fluency in English and additional languages (especially Tagalog, Ilocano, or Japanese) highly desirable
